Former Presidential Candidate Debuts Brand New Political Blog Charles Jay, the Personal Choice Party's 2004 candidate for President, has joined the blogging set."The Charles Jay File", which debuted on November 8th through the facilities of Blogger.com, has been established for the purposes of offering "commentary on politics, society and pop culture".Jay, who appeared on one state ballot (Utah) in the 2004 election and ran a write-in campaign in others, is a strong advocate of using the internet as a means of galvanizing support behind issues and offering a forum by which concerned citizens can air and share views. The blog was a step in that direction."I really didn't have time to do it during the campaign that recently concluded," he said, "but there's no question that having a blog allows for a lot more instant interactivity and comment, relative to the posting of my opinion. I'm looking for that kind of feedback, and wanted to reach out to people who want the opportunity of availing themselves of political alternatives.
